  1. My husband died a little over 2 years ago. The shock was overwhelming as I didn’t know that he was terminal. I went to a grief group that helped. In our workbook was a message, “What new loss are you experiencing today” Yes, it is an unending process. I go from being happy and content to feeling lost, lonely and purposeless. I just try to keep myself busy and healthy. I appreciate your blog.
