Diane Weist is a recently retired Elementary School Psychologist with a focus on Special Needs. As she enters her first couple of months of retirement we talk about the need for “detaching” from old friends and activities and replacing them with new and exciting alternatives.

We talk about reevaluating goal-setting, keeping lists, and productivity–all those things that have yet to be defined.

We also visit the necessary value of “self-reflection.”
