When I first designed this show with Mark Jordan, it was supposed to be about, “The Art and Subtle Mysteries of an Artistic Entrepreneur.”
But as conversation dictates, we went in a whole different direction that explored the habits and techniques of a creative. Mark is a professional photographer. But he is also musician, songwriter, author and whatever else stuff creatives do.
This show goes deep into the heart and mind of a creative person.
Mark Jordan holds the highly coveted credentials of Master Photographer and Photographic Craftsman, as well as being an invited member of the American Society of Photographers. The International Photography Hall of Fame has inducted him as a permanent exhibitor where his photo-recreation of Georges Seurat’s “La Grande Jatte” was installed between Ansel Adams and Edward Steichen in the museum. Big time!!!
But when it comes to portraits and headshots Mark’s greatest expertise, according to his clients, is that what sets me Mark apart is his flair for capturing their personality, genuinely and artistically.
